Physical Achievement Center is a growing, Direct Access Physical & Occupational Therapy clinic in Oshkosh, WI. We help our patients stay active, mobile, and independent—without surgery, injections, or pain meds.

YOUR ROLE
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based care that achieves patient goals.
- Communicate clearly and confidently so patients understand and commit to their plan of care.
- Build relationships that inspire referrals and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to team education.
- Represent PAC in community workshops and outreach events.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed (or license-eligible) in Wisconsin.
- Strong communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- Teachable, growth-oriented, and motivated to pursue advanced credentials (OCS, GCS, Fellowship, etc.).
- Confident treating independently while collaborating in a team-driven environment.
