Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet build relationships with customers and work directly with treatment set up. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the health and wellness of themself and others, cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking or adjusting as needed for ideal office function.

Hours Needed:
Tuesday 7am-11:30am
Wednesday 7am-11:30am
Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
Friday  7am-11:30am

Responsibilities 
  • Set up patients on our Therapy devices in office;
    • Hako-Med
    • Red Light Bed
    • Decompression Table
    • Ultrasound
    • Traction Device
  • Onboard new patients by educating on devices and supplements
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Review patient charts to ensure adherence to program
  • Gather insurance information and communicate to patients 
  • Collect payments 
  • Respond to phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Collaborate with team and local providers to obtain correct medical records for patients
  • Clean equipment, treatment tables, and rooms
  • Assist our Providers when requested
  • Participate in marketing including collecting patient testimonials, in house workshops, patient handouts
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience as a receptionist or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous with patient information and paperwork
  • Supportive of holistic healing and overall health and wellness
  • Patient dedicated 
  • Supportive to all staff members as we are a small business with a close knit team

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
